Take a look at http://www.online-literature.com/ and http://lib.aldebaran.ru/genre/sf_root/ The second site is in russian and has mostly russian books, but a good chunk is english. If you look at where the links on the left side lead, the actual page names are in english, even though the links are typed in russian, so you should be able to navigate okay. And usually, the english books are listed first.
